Cancel a purchase

Use this page to cancel a purchase. You’ll get a receipt by email straight away. If you asked us to make your set straight away when you paid, your legal right to cancel ended once it was unlocked, but tell us anyway: if something didn’t come out right within 14 days, we’ll remake it or refund you.
