These terms cover your use of MyDatingPics, run from Stockholm, Sweden. By using the site you agree to them. Write to hello@mydatingpics.com with any question.

What we do

We read your dating photos and profile, give you our view on them, and use AI to make improved versions of photos you give us: better light, framing and clothes, or a new setting. The photos we make are edits of your own photos. They are meant to look like you on a good day, not like someone else.

Your photos, your responsibility

• Only upload photos of yourself. If another person is in a photo, you need their permission.
• Don’t upload anything of anyone under 18, or anything illegal, sexual or hateful.
• Use what we make honestly. Dating apps have their own rules about edited photos; following them is up to you.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. The photos we make for you are yours to use.

Prices and payment

One photo is free. The full sets are one-off payments: Profile (€9.99) and Profile Pro (€19.99), with the prices shown including any VAT. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, which sends your receipt and appears on your statement.

Your right to cancel

A photo set is digital content we make the moment you pay. Before checkout you tick a box to ask us to start straight away and to confirm you understand that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the set is unlocked. We then email you a confirmation of that, with your order. Without that tick, checkout doesn’t open.

That doesn’t leave you stuck. If something doesn’t work, or the photos don’t come out right, tell us within 14 days of buying and we will remake them or refund you. You can cancel on our cancellation page, linked at the bottom of every page and in your order email, and you’ll get a receipt by email straight away. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.

Profile Pro’s expert review

A person on our team reviews your profile and replies within 2 working days in your set, where you can reply back. It needs an account, so we can reach you. Their notes are suggestions, not guarantees.

What we can’t promise

We work hard to make your photos better, but we can’t guarantee matches, dates or replies. AI sometimes makes mistakes; you can remake a photo or choose not to use it. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Swedish law applies, and you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you. See also our privacy policy.
